What happens when loans in my portfolio are repaid by the borrower?
Over time, it’s likely that individual loans in your portfolio will be repaid, sometimes even earlier than expected. The money that was invested in those loans will automatically be placed in the queue to be reinvested into 10 new loans (for each loan paid off).
Your money may be reinvested into new loans, or into loans that are already in your portfolio; it depends on which loans are open for investment at the time. We cap the maximum of investors’ funds that can be held in a single loan at 10%, to reduce exposure to risk.
