I've just made an account but I'm being asked for more information
If you've just created an account and we're asking you for more information, it means we're still running our identity checks.
First, try refreshing the page. If the message is still there, we'll need you to send us some more information before we can finish setting up your account.
There a few different reasons why this could happen, for example, you might have recently changed address. In most cases we can resolve this quickly. All we need is for you to email us a photo or scan of one of the following:
- A copy of your UK driving license.
- A copy of a photo ID (a passport works best) and a proof of address document (this can be a utility bill, bank statement, or a letter from a government body). We'll need to see the header of the letter including your name and address, and it must be dated within the last three months.
Once we’ve confirmed your details, we’ll finish setting up your account and let you know.
