I've made an investment, but can't see it on my dashboard
Bank transfers can sometimes take a few hours to process. When they do, we'll send you an email to let you know.
Investing by debit card
If you've invested by debit card, your funds will appear under 'Amount waiting to be invested' on your dashboard. You'll also see it appear in your notification menu (found by clicking the notifications bell in the top-right corner of your screen).
Investing by cheque
If you've made an investment by cheque, we'll confirm by email once the funds have been received. Please be aware that it could take up to seven working days to arrive in your Octopus Choice account.
We aim to invest your funds as soon as possible, and once we have, we'll send you an email to let you know.
